Description

  • Own the analyst relations program end to end, including annual strategy, briefings, inquiry management, evaluation cycles, and ongoing engagement.
  • Manage the company’s participation in analyst evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and IDC MarketScape from submission strategy through publication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with tier-1 and tier-2 industry analysts and tailor engagement based on each analyst’s priorities.
  • Lead briefing preparation with product, product marketing, and leadership teams, and prepare executive spokespeople.
  • Track analyst sentiment, surface relevant research, and share competitive and market insights with product and go-to-market teams.
  • Design and run lifecycle campaigns that increase customer awareness of new products and features.
  • Partner with Product and Customer Success to create adoption campaigns that drive usage of new and underutilized features.
  • Produce customer stories in multiple formats, including written case studies, video, slide-ready summaries, and co-branded content.
  • Build and manage a customer reference and advocacy program by identifying, recruiting, and nurturing advocates.
  • Identify upsell-ready customer segments and create programs that convert engaged customers into expansion pipeline.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in analyst relations, with direct ownership of analyst briefings and at least one full evaluation cycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with industry analysts over time.
  • Experience directly managing analyst briefings and Q&A without a handler present.
  • Strong knowledge of analyst firm processes, cadences, and relationship tiering across Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive stakeholders to gather input and drive alignment.
  • Experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or reference program management is preferred.
  • Background in content creation such as case studies, customer stories, or executive communications is preferred.
  • Experience working with CRM data in Salesforce and customer lifecycle metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and expansion signals is preferred.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability to turn product capabilities into crisp, compelling narratives.
  • Strong comfort with technical or complex products and familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals.
  • Excellent project management and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Ability to influence and get what is needed from Product, Customer Success, Sales, and executive teams.
  • Growth mindset with creativity, ambition, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
  • Adaptable communicator who can tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, rapid change, evidence-based communication, and both strategic and hands-on work.
