Description

  • Sell Smartsheet solutions to enterprise customers and project management stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Smartsheet’s products, features, benefits, and applications.
  • Present confidently to senior executives and IT stakeholders within large enterprise organizations.
  • Qualify inbound leads and run end-to-end, verticalized and persona-based new business outreach campaigns.
  • Use MEDDICC and deep discovery and qualification practices to progress complex opportunities.
  • Drive value-based sales motions aligned to prospect strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute your own go-to-market target account strategy within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and run consistent outbound campaigns in Outreach.
  • Exceed quarterly sales targets and assigned outbound KPIs.
  • Schedule online product demonstrations and develop comprehensive target account plans.
  • Attend industry events and workshops to build market presence and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with solution engineering and customer success teams to maximize customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
  • Experience building complex licensing and contractual proposals for multi-year, enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Experience responding to RFPs and communicating clearly and effectively.
  • Experience with value-based sales processes focused on solving complex enterprise inefficiencies.
  • A resilient, startup-minded approach and comfort working in a competitive environment.
  • Strong drive for prospecting, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Experience working with solution engineering teams, customer success, and cross-functional sales motions.
  • High energy, strong activity levels, and the ability to manage a designated territory.
  • Experience selling to project management personas is a plus; confidence presenting to IT personas is required.
