Description

  • Lead planning and prioritization of ML platform initiatives to improve model training, deployment, monitoring, and scalability.
  • Define and operationalize success metrics for platform performance, system monitoring, and adoption.
  • Own prioritization of systems and work supporting LLM workflows, including prompt iteration, retrieval, and fine-tuning.
  • Partner closely with Data Science and ML Engineering throughout the machine learning lifecycle.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across complex data systems and communicate business impact to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to modeling strategy by productizing and generalizing work so it can be reused across teams.
  • Prioritize research and experimentation in support of product and business goals.
  • Write, standardize, and maintain product and technical documentation.
  • Develop a roadmap of product enhancements, features, and solutions for the platform.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle from inception to launch.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of product management experience focused on internal technical product management.
  • 2-3+ years of experience working with Data Science and ML products and tooling.
  • Experience building internal tools and platform features that serve a full product suite.
  • Ability to translate highly technical requirements into business goals and impact, and vice versa.
  • Experience working in an early-stage company or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Awareness of GPU constraints, including job scheduling, cost, and GPU availability.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and other technical teams.
  • Experience managing both external and internal stakeholders, such as Customer Success and Implementations.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in healthtech, ideally in RCM and/or B2B products, preferred.
  • Experience as a software engineer, data scientist, or equivalent, preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, preferred.
  • Familiarity with Datadog and Hex, preferred.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work within the US.
  • Base salary of $200K to $220K.
  • Benefits included with compensation.
