Description

  • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for identity, authentication, and eligibility across member enrollment, verification, and client-specific access rules.
  • Define and simplify data models for member eligibility, benefits coverage, and account relationships across the internal platform.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to build reliable, real-time eligibility determination for member-facing care experiences.
  • Balance user access simplicity with critical business security requirements.
  • Build internal tooling that enables client success, operations, and clinical teams to self-serve on eligibility lookups, troubleshooting, and configuration.
  • Define reliability, accuracy, and latency targets for eligibility systems and hold cross-functional partners accountable to them.
  • Track key metrics across enrollment funnels, eligibility match rates, and access failures.
  • Design access, authentication, and consent patterns for web, mobile, and live care channels.
  • Define identity and access patterns for non-human agents, including delegated access, least-privilege scopes, and auditability of actions on member data.
  • Partner with AI, security, and clinical teams to ensure automated experiences can safely interact with sensitive health data while honoring member consent, regulatory requirements, and internal risk standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on platform, identity, data, or infrastructure products.
  • Deep familiarity with identity and access management concepts, including SSO, OAuth, member matching, eligibility file management, and benefit file processing.
  • Strong data fluency and comfort with defining and instrumenting metrics to prioritize and validate decisions.
  • Experience working in healthcare or benefits with understanding of how member information is exchanged and stored.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to translate technical complexity for clinical or client-facing stakeholders.
  • Naturally curious, with an interest in understanding how systems work and improving them.
  • Humble attitude and a strong ability to solve hard problems.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with AI-enabled or automated experiences is relevant given the role’s scope.

  • Salary range of $145,000 to $155,000 USD.
