Description

  • Lead and scale the revenue cycle solution engineering function and manage a remote team of solution consultants.
  • Ensure revenue cycle solution delivery for new and existing customer deployments is reliable, scalable, and on time.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing client-facing technical team.
  • Establish and maintain solution design standards, documentation, and best practices for revenue cycle integrations.
  • Partner with Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align solutions with product strategy and client timelines.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-risk integrations and provide hands-on technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with customer EHR, data, IT, and revenue cycle stakeholders to support secure and compliant data exchange.
  • Define metrics and reporting for integration performance, throughput, and reliability, and communicate results to leadership.
  • Improve integration tooling, automation, and processes to support company growth.
  • Lead technical design reviews, architectural decisions, and technology evaluations to improve scalability and maintainability.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation.
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing high-impact portfolios, teams of 10+ resources, or both.
  • 5+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management, with deep knowledge of workflows from clinical charge capture through claims processing.
  • Hands-on experience building revenue cycle integrations using HL7, FHIR, APIs, and database extracts.
  • Experience designing integrations with inpatient EHRs, including Epic and Cerner.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of empowering technical leaders and driving results.
  • Strong delivery management skills across multiple complex initiatives and customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with executives, analysts, and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business and clinical requirements into technical integration solutions and vice versa.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to forecast capacity, identify bottlenecks, and measure success.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Certifications or equivalent experience related to revenue cycle workflow expertise across major EHRs, particularly Epic, are preferred.
  • Experience with AI/ML solutions in healthcare is preferred.
  • AWS certifications or equivalent cloud implementation experience are preferred, such as AWS Solutions Architect or AI/ML Specialty.
  • Familiarity with CDI operational workflows is preferred.

  • Base salary of $210K to $240K.
