Description

  • Coordinate the customer journey from onboarding and training through ongoing support and retention.
  • Follow up with customers, identify pain points, and drive issues through resolution.
  • Coordinate issues across Sales, Accounting, Software, integrations, and licensing teams.
  • Manage operational priorities, dependencies, blockers, and next steps across multiple teams.
  • Build and improve business processes and identify operational gaps.
  • Use customer feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide clear updates and maintain organized end-to-end customer operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including substantial hands-on business operations experience.
  • Experience as an Operations Manager, Operations Lead, or in a comparable role with ownership of day-to-day operations.
  • Experience coordinating people, processes, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Experience owning operational workflows or projects from start to finish.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, resolve operational issues, and follow through to completion.
  • Experience working across multiple internal teams and competing priorities.
  • Customer-facing operations, onboarding, or ongoing customer support experience is preferred.
  • Clear and concise professional communication skills.
  • Interest in a stable, long-term, hands-on operations role.

Benefits

  • Salary of $2,500–$3,500 USD per month, based on experience.
