Description

  • Identify and qualify new federal civilian sales opportunities and build pipeline growth.
  • Develop relationships with channels, partners, and contracting vehicles such as GWACs, IDIQs, and BPAs.
  • Lead the transition from business opportunity to proposal development, award, and account growth.
  • Refine and execute capture plan strategies in support of federal growth objectives.
  • Attend business development meetings, including kickoff, status, and approval sessions.
  • Work with executive leadership to shape and execute federal growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales call plans for target agencies and program managers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and develop industry relationships.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support capture strategy execution.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements

  • Prior successful track record meeting sales quotas and acquiring new logos.
  • Knowledge of federal sales cycles and procurement processes.
  • Proven experience selling independently, growing revenue, and executing strategic campaigns within the federal public sector.
  • Experience with software, IT, or mobile sales is preferred.
  • Experience establishing and growing relationships through software channels.
  • Experience building and maintaining high-level relationships and prospecting to close new customers.
  • BA/BS degree is preferred.
  • Ability to manage opportunities from identification through award in a federal environment.
  • Experience working with government contracting vehicles such as GWACs, IDIQs, and BPAs is preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote full-time role.
  • Base salary of $140,000 - $160,000 per year.
