Description

  • Provide multichannel customer support via email, live chat, and phone with a focus on speed, clarity, and empathy.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and document submissions to keep onboarding and service processes moving.
  • Guide clients through Sleek’s digital platforms, including onboarding and document submission workflows.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to business incorporation, accounting, and compliance, and escalate when needed.
  • Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Corporate Secretary, Accounting, and Tech teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and suggest improvements to workflows, processes, or help center content.
  • Advocate for client needs and help improve the overall customer experience.
  • Use internal digital tools such as Zendesk, Aircall, Slack, and Gmail to manage support requests efficiently.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of customer support experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Fluent spoken English and Mandarin are required; Cantonese is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or professional services is preferred.
  • Comfortable using Zendesk, Aircall, Slack, and Gmail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely from a dedicated, quiet workspace with stable internet.
  • Basic knowledge of Hong Kong business regulations, such as taxes and company filings, is a nice to have.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment is preferred.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, humility, structured thinking, and attention to detail are expected.
  • Able to communicate clearly, listen well, and handle tough conversations positively.
