Description

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls throughout the day.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls and customer callbacks as needed.
  • Enter customer information and updates accurately into internal systems.
  • Document customer conversations and maintain detailed notes.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally.
  • Assist customers with order-related requests and product changes where appropriate.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining efficiency.
  • Redirect conversations naturally and keep interactions focused on customer needs.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Clear, professional speaking ability with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Comfortable handling customer complaints and difficult conversations.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and entering information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working within an ERP system or similar customer management software (preferred).
  • Experience in lighting, home products, luxury products, or similar product-based environments (preferred).
  • Experience in call-center or high-volume phone support environments (preferred).

Benefits

  • $1,200 - $1,600 a month compensation.
  • Full-time schedule with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts.
