Description

Own monthly renewal targets and contribute to revenue through renewals, upsells, and upgrades.
Track and manage your pipeline in a data-driven manner to prioritize opportunities and hit targets.
Conduct detailed investigations into customer interactions and resolve issues by working cross-functionally.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction that supports trust, retention, and seamless renewals.
Collaborate with accounting, corporate secretarial, product, and data teams to improve renewal processes.
Share best practices with the team and proactively identify process improvements.
Handle complex customers, troubleshooting, and escalations with internal and external stakeholders.
Support cash collection targets tied to renewal activity.
Take ownership of new projects and see them through to completion.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success with sales targets and customer-facing responsibilities.
Based in Singapore or the Philippines.
Experience working with SMEs, startups, or fast-paced environments in the Singapore market.
Exposure to different cultures and global customers.
Ability to resolve issues by collaborating internally and externally.
Familiarity with Tableau, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
Experience handling complex customers, troubleshooting, and escalations.
Strong English language proficiency.
Proven track record of sales-driven ownership, accountability, humility, structured thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
Customer-centric mindset with excellent listening and communication skills.
Ability to have difficult conversations constructively and work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
