Description

  • Manage a portfolio of about 45 creators requiring deeper technical partnership, primarily across US time zones.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform configurations, integrations, and automation logic.
  • Advise customers on backend setup, implementation decisions, and scale-ready architecture.
  • Diagnose root causes of feature friction, bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
  • Guide creators through build, QA, app store submission, and launch-readiness processes.
  • Review technical logs, crash reports, and performance signals to identify recurring issues.
  • Validate new feature releases and support adoption of SDK updates and platform changes.
  • Document technical blockers, best practices, and implementation playbooks.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on advanced use cases, escalations, and platform improvements.
  • Support expansion conversations with technical credibility and proactive customer guidance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Technical CSM, Solutions, or SaaS implementation roles.
  • Experience supporting customers on SaaS or app-based platforms.
  • Confidence discussing APIs, integrations, and automation logic.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent launches or technical implementations.
  • Ability to translate platform complexity into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Structured, analytical, and calm approach to ambiguity.
  • Strong written documentation skills.
  • Pattern recognition mindset to spot recurring issues before they scale.
  • Preferred experience in no-code or low-code ecosystems.
  • Preferred experience with provisioning profiles, certificates, and metadata for Apple App Store and Google Play submissions.
  • Preferred ability to review logs or crash reports and understand backend logic, even without writing production code.
  • Preferred background in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments.
