Description

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve new and existing software.
  • Manage personal project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while coordinating with teammates to support predictability.
  • Review deliverables and code to ensure high quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to system architecture and work across multiple teams within the engineering organization.
  • Collaborate with peers on highly scalable system design and technology decisions.
  • Facilitate discussions around processes, solutions, and sprint deliverables.
  • Support team success by collaborating with team members and other departments.
  • Learn continuously, deepen domain knowledge, and mentor peers through knowledge sharing and feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives or senior leaders.
  • Help resolve differences in approach or strategy and contribute to overall team goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of development experience or commensurate experience.
  • High school diploma.
  • Experience with C#, JavaScript, and Golang.
  • Experience with .NET CLR, Node, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with unit testing practices, frameworks, and libraries.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MS SQL Server, MySQL, Aurora, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB.
  • Experience optimizing queries and database engines, including alerts, monitoring, and anomaly investigation.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JSON, and source control tools such as Git, TFS, or SVN.
  • Experience with CI platforms such as CodePipeline or Jenkins, including setting up and terraforming pipelines.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting system operations in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.
  • Preferred experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, and S3.
  • Preferred experience with application usage metrics tools such as Google Analytics, New Relic, Amplitude, or DataDog.

  • $130,000 to $190,000 annual salary.
