Description

  • Execute strategies to expand Skylight’s market share within Walmart and Sam’s Club at a national level.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue and unit targets.
  • Lead go-to-market execution, including tracking performance, reporting results, and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Manage daily retailer communications, negotiations, product launches, and in-store execution.
  • Create performance scorecards, sales reports, exclusive bundles or SKUs, and process improvements.
  • Own major retail P&L responsibilities, including pricing, discounts, production costs, marketing expenses, and account expenses.
  • Leverage internal resources across finance, marketing, operations, sales operations, product, supply, and customer service to maximize opportunities.
  • Work with the Sales Coordinator to ensure demand forecasts and purchase orders are accurate and timely.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects, timelines, and milestones across competing priorities.
  • Provide market trend, competitive, and customer program insights to shape customer strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of major account management experience, with direct ownership of Walmart relationship required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills with the ability to build and implement revenue-generating plans.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with senior retail partners and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Deep experience using retail and operational data to drive decisions, including forecasting, inventory management, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with tools and systems such as Retail Link, Circana, 3PL systems, Connect, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to translate customer-specific data into clear recommendations and tradeoffs.
  • Ability to balance customer needs with company goals and propose alternatives when needed.
  • Clear, concise communication skills that simplify the what, why, and how for different audiences.
  • Strong ownership mindset focused on outcomes rather than activity.
