Description

  • Profitably scale paid search and paid social spend through rapid creative iteration for Calendar Ecosystem products.
  • Develop and maintain a high-velocity creative testing roadmap that generates business learnings and informs future creative and product positioning.
  • Write clear performance-based creative briefs and provide feedback to improve concept quality and creative hit rates.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to test and validate new marketing angles based on customer research.
  • Manage campaign structure, keyword strategy, and bidding to improve cost per acquisition efficiency.
  • Monitor auction insights, impression share, and CPC trends to maintain competitiveness.
  • Use platform data, third-party tools, and site analytics to guide decisions beyond in-platform metrics.
  • Report performance insights and make actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaborate closely with New Business GMs and report to the Director of Growth on paid media initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads.
  • Experience briefing creative teams and presenting creative performance data.
  • Track record of scaling budgets while maintaining profitability and efficiency targets.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics including MER, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Thumbstop.
  • Familiarity with attribution methodologies such as MMM, MTA, and incrementality.
  • Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, 0-to-1 paid acquisition environment.
