Description

  • Partner with Business Development to win new business and shape customer solutions.
  • Build compelling business cases and value propositions for prospective customers.
  • Serve as the trusted commercial partner for assigned customers after onboarding.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify expansion opportunities across use cases, geographies, products, and business units.
  • Proactively manage risks related to customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Customer Success during implementation to meet customer expectations.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across operations, procurement, quality, and supply chain functions.
  • Coordinate with product, pricing, and commercial teams to deliver winning solutions.
  • Turn successful customers into advocates and references.
  • Track account performance and contribute to revenue growth, retention, and win rates.

Requirements

  • Background in technical sales, account management, customer success, solution engineering, business development, or enterprise sales.
  • Organised, proactive, structured, and process-driven approach.
  • Comfortable navigating complex customer environments and handling complex solutions.
  • Data-driven ability to analyze customer needs and build appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to aggregate data and prepare customer business reviews.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably experience in logistics or cold chain.
  • French or German speaking is advantageous.
  • Must be located in, or able to relocate without sponsorship to, one of the listed locations.
