Description

  • Lead the national strategy for Foodservice and Alternative Channels, identifying priority sub-channels, customers, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with national and regional foodservice operators, distributors, brokers, and key partners.
  • Own national account negotiations, programs, and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop channel strategy, including targeted pipelines, channel-appropriate formats, pricing, and margin targets.
  • Evaluate new pack sizes, formats, and channel-specific opportunities to drive incremental distribution and velocity.
  • Develop and lead annual business plans aligned with revenue, distribution, and profitability goals.
  • Set KPIs, track performance, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute channel plans.
  • Oversee trade spend and promotional strategy, including post-program ROI analysis.
  • Directly manage, mentor, and develop the Alternative Channel Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with distributors and brokers, lead business reviews, and hold partners accountable.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and share insights with senior leadership to inform company strategy.
  • Represent SkinnyDipped at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5-10 years of CPG sales experience.
  • Meaningful experience in non-traditional or foodservice channels.
  • Proven success building and scaling national accounts or emerging channels.
  • Experience developing channel strategy, pricing architecture, and customer-specific programs.
  • Experience working with brokers and distributors.
  • Prior people management experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with better-for-you, snack, or food brands is a plus.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including pricing, forecasting, and trade spend management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence internally and externally.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
