Description

  • Define and execute go-to-market and territory strategies for the Canada market.
  • Build a new pipeline by prospecting and engaging prospective customers.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from qualification through close.
  • Navigate large buying groups and influence executive stakeholders on both sides of the deal.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR, SE, Product, Delivery, Legal, CSM, Marketing, and Services teams.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and commercial offers tied to customer outcomes.
  • Use MEDDPICC or a similar qualification methodology to manage rigor and velocity across deals.
  • Own and manage a healthy pipeline across the full sales cycle.
  • Position Sitetracker’s software around customer business outcomes and industry challenges.
  • Contribute to sales best practices and process improvements over time.

Requirements

  • Proven success selling complex SaaS software solutions to mid-market, large, and enterprise customers in Canada.
  • Experience selling into the telecom and energy industries, preferred.
  • Track record of winning high-value SaaS deals of $300K+ ARR.
  • Ability to navigate complex buying centers and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Experience defining and executing territory plans for a targeted account list.
  • Strong command of MEDDPICC or a similar enterprise sales methodology.
  • Ability to research target accounts, identify stakeholders, and align solutions to business value.
  • Experience building business cases and ROI-driven commercial proposals.
  • Strong pipeline-building and pipeline-management skills across the full sales cycle.
  • Sitetracker certification within the first 90 days, or ability to complete it after hire.
