Description

  • Generate, manage, and close a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Win new logos and break into untapped markets through outbound prospecting and deal pursuit.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and procurement processes.
  • Build executive-level relationships and influence decision-makers through strategic value positioning.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations and coordinate internal deal teams to advance opportunities.
  • Use MEDDPICC and other sales methodologies to qualify, document, and progress deals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, customer success, solutions engineering, legal, and finance teams.
  • Own territory planning, account strategies, account management, renewals, and growth activities.
  • Deliver consistent execution against quota, KPIs, and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts with long, complex sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of winning new logos and displacing incumbent solutions.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder buying groups and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Strong proficiency with MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification methodology.
  • Ability to build executive trust, influence C-suite stakeholders, and present compelling business value.
  • Disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
  • Data-driven approach to using metrics and KPIs to guide execution.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and internal deal leadership skills.
  • Experience working through territory planning, account strategy, and customer commitments.
  • Preferred: Experience with infrastructure, telecommunications, EV charging, renewables, or utilities markets.

  • Salary range of $125,000 - $140,000 per year.
  • Total target earnings of $250,000 - $280,000 OTE on a 50/50 split, depending on experience and location.
