Description

  • Work directly with prospective customers to evaluate their recruiting technology needs.
  • Manage sales opportunities across companies ranging from scaling startups to established global brands.
  • Help set, drive, and execute revenue goals for the Corporate sales segment.
  • Build relationships with prospects purchasing their first or second applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teammates and other internal partners.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Corporate Account Executive team.
  • Help bridge collaboration between the Toronto and San Francisco offices as the team expands.
  • Support Lever’s mission to make hiring more strategic, collaborative, and human.

Requirements

  • Experience in corporate or B2B sales, ideally as an account executive.
  • Ability to work with customers across multiple industries and territories.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • High ambition, intrinsic motivation, and eagerness to learn and develop.
  • Comfort working in a fast-growing sales environment.
  • Ability to contribute across the full sales process with prospective customers.
  • Willingness to help connect and support distributed teams across offices.
