Description

  • Own campaign execution across the activation journey from lead capture through trial sign-up and paid conversion.
  • Lead the execution and optimization of recurring lead touchpoints such as newsletters and promotional offers.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate workflows, optimize send times, and personalize content.
  • Build and optimize personalized, event-triggered journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-product experiences.
  • Maintain a rigorous A/B testing roadmap for messaging, cadence, and channel mix.
  • Report on activation health, conversion metrics, and the impact of lifecycle programs to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, Creative, Operations, and Product Marketing to align on milestones, brand voice, and technical data needs.
  • Contribute to activation planning and troubleshoot complex lifecycle workflows in the tools.
  • Use behavioral triggers and lifecycle programs to influence user action and improve LTV.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, ideally in a SaaS or subscription environment.
  • Experience nurturing leads and managing customer journeys.
  • Working understanding of trial-to-paid conversion psychology and behavioral triggers.
  • Interest or early experience using AI/ML for lifecycle marketing, such as predictive modeling, automated copy testing, or propensity scoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Iterable and/or Braze, or an equivalent orchestration platform.
  • Familiarity with Appcues, or an equivalent in-product onboarding tool.
  • Ability to contribute to a 6-month activation roadmap and work hands-on in lifecycle tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn campaign performance into clear recommendations.
  • Comfort driving alignment across Creative, Product, and Operations teams and presenting results to senior stakeholders.
