Description

  • Assist with positioning patients for MRI and CT exams after appropriate training.
  • Support remote technologists by performing a variety of imaging-center tasks.
  • Use venipuncture skills to assist CT and MRI technologists as needed.
  • Start IVs and administer contrast.
  • Screen patients prior to imaging procedures.
  • Enter patient notes in RIS.
  • Support staff and site operations in the day-to-day running of the imaging center.
  • Position and assist in MRI for the ROCC team.

Requirements

  • BLS certification is required.
  • ARRT license is required.
  • State license is required.
  • Experience starting IVs and/or performing venipuncture is required.
  • Ability to work remotely in a per-diem position.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand or walk frequently.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
  • Business casual attire or scrubs, depending on department.
  • Favorable driving record may be required for some positions.
