Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers across high-value customer accounts.
  • Guide customers on optimizing their use of Sigma Computing’s analytics and business intelligence platform.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve net dollar retention through upselling, cross-selling, and churn reduction.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by advocating for features, enhancements, and integrations with the product team.
  • Partner with customers to create success plans aligned to their business goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops to improve product adoption and engagement.
  • Manage customer accounts with a focus on long-term growth and retention.
  • Support customers with proactive, solution-oriented engagement across complex enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consultative role in SaaS, analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales environments with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems using data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and drive engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow customer accounts with a focus on net dollar retention.
  • Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud-based analytics platforms is highly preferred, including Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery.
  • ETL experience.
  • Experience implementing production business intelligence solutions.
  • Startup experience.
