Description

  • Define and scope programs that address major business challenges and support continuous improvement across the B2B product stack
  • Plan and drive program execution across teams and multiple channels, owning timelines, deliverables, and integration points
  • Establish, monitor, and use success metrics to prioritize competing needs and make operational trade-offs
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to move initiatives forward and resolve blockers
  • Hold stakeholders accountable for schedule and progress while maintaining constructive relationships
  • Predict roadblocks and proactively create integration points, meetings, or best practices to remove obstacles
  • Document and execute against program requirements and ensure alignment across teams and partners

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
  • Strong project management, analytical, and process-optimization skills
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and make recommendations based on complex analyses
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and influencing internal and external partners
  • Ability to shift between detailed analysis and big-picture thinking and tailor communication to different stakeholders
  • Experience in fintech, banking/financial services, B2B payments, or consulting in these industries (preferred)
  • U.S.-based remote availability for a U.S. remote role
