Description

  • Develop strong relationships with partner clients and own ongoing account communication.
  • Understand each client’s credit and business objectives and translate them into strategic account plans.
  • Create and execute business plans to maximize client growth and overall business opportunity for Pay Your Way.
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to deliver performance solutions efficiently and effectively.
  • Drive client retention by identifying needs and proactively demonstrating value through data, insights, and success stories.
  • Use data and prescriptive recommendations to define strategic and tactical actions for client goals.
  • Lead client business reviews and present performance optimizations and roadmap updates.
  • Track client growth and retention as key performance indicators for the role.
  • Support the expansion of the partner ecosystem with account-level success management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of account management experience.
  • Experience managing high-value relationships.
  • Experience owning client relationships and communication.
  • Experience driving strategic learning agendas.
  • Experience with data-backed storytelling and recommendations.
  • Experience managing forecasts and achieving goals.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyze business problems, identify opportunities, and interpret data and trends.
