Description

  • Close new business with home care and disability providers.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound demand.
  • Run discovery calls and product demonstrations with provider owners and operational leaders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through close.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in HubSpot.
  • Lead by example through activity, execution, and consistency.
  • Carry quota and contribute directly to sales results.
  • Support and mentor the sales team while helping lift overall performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Track record of closing high-volume SaaS deals.
  • Experience mentoring or leading sales teams.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot and modern SaaS tools.
  • Experience selling into home care, disability care, or adjacent sectors preferred.
  • Located in the United States.
  • Mountain or Pacific time zone preferred.
  • Utah, Colorado, Arizona, or Nevada preferred.
  • Suitable for a high-performing SaaS seller stepping into a first or second leadership role.
