Description

  • Close new business with home care and disability providers.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound demand.
  • Run discovery calls and product demonstrations with provider owners and operational leaders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in HubSpot.
  • Lead by example through activity, execution, and consistency.
  • Carry a sales quota and contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Support and help lift the performance of the broader sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing high-volume SaaS deals.
  • Experience mentoring or leading sales teams.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot and modern SaaS tools.
  • Experience selling into home care, disability care, or adjacent sectors preferred.
  • Based in Canada, with Pacific or Mountain time zone preferred.
  • British Columbia preferred, with Alberta also considered a strong fit.
  • Ideal for a high-performing SaaS seller stepping into a first or second leadership role.
