Description

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and developing new customer relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including timely payment collection from customers.
  • Develop and implement structured sales and marketing plans to deliver consistent monthly sales performance.
  • Execute account-specific sales programs to support stable, predictable product offtake.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers.
  • Expand the customer network to support nationwide sales coverage and long-term growth.
  • Gather real-time market intelligence on pricing, demand, and competitive dynamics.
  • Provide actionable commercial insights to leadership to support pricing and strategy decisions.
  • Maintain knowledge of logistics, supply chain conditions, foreign exchange, and banking solutions.
  • Track inventory levels and develop accurate sales forecasts to support supply and demand planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–10+ years of sales experience in the polymer industry, with polyolefins, recycled resins, or related materials preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing a meaningful sales portfolio and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong experience managing key accounts and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to interpret market trends and data.
  • Deep understanding of polymer applications and end-use markets.
  • Experience supporting customers with import planning and commercial decision-making.
  • Ability to deliver tailored commercial proposals aligned with customer needs and target segments.
