Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Design and execute scalable SaaS sales strategies across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Monitor and improve the sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and conversion metrics.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance standards to drive team accountability and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve the customer journey.
  • Identify market opportunities and refine positioning to strengthen competitive advantage.
  • Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching, feedback, and professional development.
  • Implement and optimize CRM and sales tools to improve productivity and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a coaching-first, empowering leadership style.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
