Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to capture market share and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Drive revenue for a portfolio of high-end machine tool products, including 5-axis machines, Swiss machines, VTLs, EDMs, box way lathes and mills, gun drills, grinders, and HMCs.
  • Represent Phillips at industry events and deliver presentations to promote the company and its solutions.
  • Use the company CRM to track opportunities, apply data-driven insights, and gather market intelligence.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and product justifications for prospective customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with discerning manufacturing customers and act as a partner in their decision-making process.
  • Support the positioning and sale of advanced manufacturing technology solutions in the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Proven success in high-end machine tool sales with a documented history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep technical understanding of machining processes, ideally gained through hands-on experience as a machinist, programmer, or manufacturing engineer.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
  • Experience selling or supporting 5-axis technology is a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to craft persuasive proposals and clearly articulate value propositions.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or other formal education is not specified.

Benefits

  • Expected base pay of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, plus commission.
