Description

  • Recruit and hire a high-performing team of sellers on time and within budget.
  • Enable and manage sellers to achieve key productivity metrics and growth milestones.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline generation using field sales, marketing, channel partners, and sales development resources.
  • Develop and execute the regional account strategy to support strong team selling and execution.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept programs.
  • Build customer relationships focused on value realization, retention, upsell expansion, and referrals.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue to executive leadership using disciplined deal inspection and forecasting methods.
  • Develop strategic relationships with existing channel partners and identify and grow new partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Dallas, TX.
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, and/or software solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business and new logo growth.
  • Experience managing teams responsible for creating new demand, new customer acquisition, and sourcing new pipeline.
  • Experience closing complex sales with multiple buying influences in new or emerging solution categories.
  • Experience managing deals of $50K+ and higher-value transactions above $100K+.
  • Experience building strong executive-level relationships with partners and customers.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Experience with consultative, value-based sales methodologies such as Force Management or Challenger Sale is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a highly fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $135,180 to $159,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
  • Eligibility for equity.
