Description

  • Conduct outbound activities to identify and qualify potential leads for ShiftCare
  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with the Account Executive team
  • Build and maintain an accurate lead pipeline and manage prospect data
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on outbound campaigns to enhance market presence
  • Establish and foster relationships with prospects using existing and new connections
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly outreach to meet and exceed lead and demo targets
  • Work independently while coordinating closely with the broader sales and support teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Outbound Business Development Representative role
  • Prior experience in SaaS or B2B product-led companies
  • Proactive, self-motivated professional who takes initiative to achieve goals
  • Strong time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker able to build and maintain an accurate lead pipeline
  • Goal-driven with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets regularly
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment
  • Experience or knowledge of the NDIS industry in the UK
