Description

  • Serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor to clients across pre-sales, implementation, onboarding, and post-sales support.
  • Own and drive proof-of-concept engagements as the technical single point of contact.
  • Deliver product demos with Sales and tailor demonstrations to client-specific use cases.
  • Provide technical and solution consultancy, including rapid troubleshooting for client issues.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for technical support, product adoption, and renewal processes.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships while acting as the face of the company to customers.
  • Conduct technical account reviews, product trainings, and on-site visits to share insights and analytics.
  • Help clients optimize their use of SHIELD solutions to improve long-term outcomes and success.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to prioritize client feature requests.
  • Proactively identify opportunities where SHIELD can better fit client needs and increase product adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of total experience, including at least 3 years in client-facing pre-sales engineering, sales engineering, or support engineering.
  • Experience in the B2B enterprise software, SaaS, payments, or mobile industry.
  • Hands-on experience with SDK implementation is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL.
  • Proven experience driving client integrations and managing end-to-end POCs as the primary point of contact.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
