Description

  • Build and refine decks, proposals, and partner kits for business development and executive stakeholders.
  • Draft and send emails on behalf of VP and business development leads, while managing inboxes and calendar scheduling.
  • Capture meeting notes and action items, update CRM records, and chase follow-ups through to completion.
  • Maintain renewal cadences and support ongoing partner relationship tracking.
  • Prepare MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, and contract packs using AI-assisted workflows.
  • Maintain contract registers and compliance logs.
  • Support administrative delivery for partnerships and commercial workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in partnerships support, executive assistant, or business development enablement roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proven experience producing decks, professional emails, and structured meeting notes.
  • Strong CRM experience, including pipeline updates and task management.
  • Familiarity with contract workflows and document registers.
  • Experience with Go High Level (GHL), Notion, Confluence, or contract automation tools is preferred.
  • Background supporting partnerships, business development, or commercial teams in fast-paced tech environments is preferred.
  • Must be available as an independent contractor and able to work remotely, with preference for candidates in the Philippines, Southeast Asia, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, or Bulgaria.

Benefits

  • Base fee of USD $750–$1,000 per month, depending on experience.
  • Performance incentives and an annual bonus for KPI over-performance.
  • Payment in USD via bank direct deposit.
  • Monthly invoicing as an independent contractor.
  • Paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
