Description

Manage the full transaction lifecycle from executed contract through closing for single-family acquisitions and dispositions.
Coordinate 30–50 active transactions at a time while maintaining deadlines and workflow organization.
Draft, send, and manage purchase agreements, amendments, addenda, and closing documents.
Track contingency deadlines, inspection periods, financing timelines, and closing dates.
Coordinate inspections, property access, title workflows, and closing logistics.
Work with title companies to resolve liens, curative items, ownership issues, and title discrepancies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, buyers, agents, title companies, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate CRM records, deal stages, notes, tasks, and closing statuses in real time.
Provide regular transaction status updates to leadership and escalate risks proactively.
Ensure transaction files are organized, accurate, version-controlled, and audit-ready.

Requirements

8–10 years of hands-on experience in real estate transaction coordination, single-family purchase and sale transactions, or contract-to-close management.
Strong familiarity with wholesale real estate, investor transactions, and acquisition workflows.
Proven ability to manage 30–50 concurrent transactions and high-volume real estate pipelines.
Strong experience with Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, CRM systems, and e-signature platforms.
Salesforce experience is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
Comfortable speaking daily with sellers, buyers, title companies, and agents.
Experience coordinating off-market acquisitions, investor-driven transactions, or wholesale real estate deals is ideal.
Familiarity with U.S. title processes, lien resolution, and curative workflows is preferred.
Background in real estate investment firms, wholesalers, iBuyers, or high-volume acquisition teams is preferred.
Experience building transaction workflows, KPI reporting, or operational documentation is preferred.
