Description

  • Track supplier production timelines and lead times for open purchase orders.
  • Manage weekly ordering and monitor lead times and delivery updates for made-to-order products.
  • Create new SKUs and EANs within inventory and ERP systems.
  • Check, verify, and approve supplier invoices against ordered quantities.
  • Maintain Brightpearl and internal manufacturing trackers with accurate, real-time data.
  • Review Qarma QC inspection reports and flag product defects.
  • Prepare quality reports based on Qarma data for suppliers.
  • Review customer claim data and keep central claim logs updated.
  • Compile weekly production reports highlighting upcoming shipments and capacity risks.
  • Liaise with suppliers for packing lists, EXF dates, and order book updates.
  • Keep manufacturing documentation organised and fully traceable.
  • Share clear customer delay information with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in production coordination, buying administration, or supply chain support.
  • Experience working with upholstery or furniture categories is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with data trackers and checking QC or manufacturing reports such as Qarma.
  • Ability to pull together clear summaries from operational data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with international suppliers and internal teams.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing made-to-order batches.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-led environment focused on data accuracy and brand growth.
