Description

  • Identify and engage prospective customers across multiple markets.
  • Generate qualified opportunities through outbound and inbound activity.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and goals.
  • Recommend appropriate Human Intelligence solutions and prepare proposals as needed.
  • Manage negotiations and close new business opportunities.
  • Own the customer journey from prospecting through onboarding and long-term account growth.
  • Support customer success by building trusted relationships and identifying expansion and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline health, forecasts, and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, operations, product, customer success, and leadership teams.
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity, research, communication, proposal development, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end sales, business development, account management, or consultative selling.
  • A demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing a CRM and maintaining accurate pipeline records.
  • Confidence conducting discovery conversations and presenting solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Stable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, technology, healthcare, education, consulting, or professional services (preferred).
  • Experience selling high-ticket products or complex B2B solutions (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity platforms (preferred).
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar (preferred).
  • Experience managing longer consultative sales cycles (preferred).
  • International sales experience across English-speaking markets (preferred).

Benefits

  • Independent contractor arrangement with fully remote global work.
  • Commission-only structure during months 1–3 with 10% standard commission and a 20% Fast Start Bonus.
  • Months 4–6 include a USD $500–$1,000 monthly retainer plus 10% commission and a 5% Fast Start Bonus.
