Description

  • Own deep account research and targeting for high-potential accounts.
  • Identify accounts using data, market signals, and buying intent indicators.
  • Research companies, stakeholders, and industry trends relevant to outreach.
  • Map buying groups and uncover key decision makers.
  • Monitor triggers such as funding rounds, hiring trends, product launches, and ad spend.
  • Translate account signals into timely and relevant outreach strategies.
  • Craft tailored email and LinkedIn sequences designed to get responses.
  • Develop hypotheses about customer pain points and align messaging accordingly.
  • Partner with Account Executives to refine account strategies and provide meeting context.
  • Track outreach performance and iterate based on results.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in BDR or SDR roles in SaaS, social media, or marketing technology.
  • Strong exceptional research and analytical abilities.
  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
  • High attention to detail and curiosity.
  • Comfort with outbound that is relevant and signal-based rather than high-volume cold calling.
  • Experience with intent data or signal-based tools is a plus.
  • Background in market research or consulting is a plus.
