Description

  • Support IT platform administration, including third-party integrations and worldwide deployments.
  • Manage Google Workspace and MDM implementations for a global user base.
  • Provide elite IT support and maintain access controls for internal end users.
  • Mentor junior IT Operations staff and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
  • Manage incoming IT Service Desk tickets in Jira and drive them to timely resolution.
  • Advance strategic work in the Jira backlog to help shift the team toward proactive operations.
  • Handle hardware and software provisioning requests for users across Turkey and other global locations.
  • Own device procurement through third-party providers from order placement through delivery and issue resolution.
  • Lead onboarding-related IT training and execute secure IT offboarding and termination tasks.
  • Support internal and external audits by coordinating documentation for access controls, ticketing, and vendor compliance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations or a related field.
  • Experience working on an agile team, including Jira ticketing classification, pointing, and meeting workflows.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and own issues from triage through root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace administration for a global user base, including OU structure, group management, and license optimization.
  • Experience with SSO implementations and SAML/OIDC protocols, including MFA/2FA policy enforcement.
  • Strong background in endpoint security in high-compliance SaaS environments, preferably using Jamf Protect.
  • Expert administration of Jamf Pro, including ADE, zero-touch deployment, patch management, application provisioning, and Smart Groups.
  • Deep technical proficiency in macOS support, including FileVault key management and OS patch cycle management.
  • Experience with Atlassian/Jira administration, especially Jira Service Management and Automation for Jira.
  • Demonstrated expertise with SOC 2, SOX, and PCI-DSS compliance frameworks.
  • Experience administering access, governance, and security for AI platforms such as OpenAI with attention to PII and data integrity controls.
  • Expert-level enterprise administration of Slack Enterprise Plus/Grid, including SSO/MFA, third-party app and bot integrations, retention policies, and workspace security controls.
  • Experience building IT operations automation with Python, Bash, Power Automate, or similar tools.
  • Preferred: strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
  • Preferred: adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Preferred: excellent collaboration, communication, mentorship, and documentation skills.
  • Preferred: relevant certifications such as Jamf Certified Admin, CompTIA Security+, or Google Workspace Administrator.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Preferred: experience with PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Type 2, and CIS controls.
