Description

  • Administer, configure, patch, and tune Oracle WebCenter, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Internet Directory, and Oracle Access Manager.
  • Own the design, implementation, renewal, and troubleshooting of SSL/TLS certificates and encryption configurations across the middleware environment.
  • Monitor middleware health, availability, and performance using Oracle Enterprise Manager and drive issue remediation.
  • Maintain identity, directory, authentication, and single sign-on configurations for DOE applications.
  • Provide backup support for Oracle Database, WebLogic, APEX, Analytics, and Data Integrator environments.
  • Enforce NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP security controls and support DOE cybersecurity audits and assessments.
  • Collaborate with DOE program managers, security teams, and Oracle product SMEs to resolve issues and improve operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years supporting Oracle Fusion Middleware in an enterprise or federal environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Oracle WebCenter, Oracle Enterprise Manager, OID, and OAM.
  • Subject matter expertise in SSL/TLS certificate management and enterprise middleware encryption.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Database, WebLogic, APEX, Analytics, and Data Integrator.
  • Experience supporting DOE or another federal agency’s Oracle middleware environment preferred.
  • Oracle certifications in WebCenter, Enterprise Manager, or Identity Management preferred.
  • Agile delivery experience and an AI-focused or automation mindset preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a team- and client-focused approach.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q Clearance; authorization is required to access DOE systems from outside the United States.
