Description

  • Lead daily recruiting activities, including reporting, sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate selection for technical positions.
  • Meet with hiring managers to define job duties and write job descriptions.
  • Source candidates for current and future openings through job boards, social media, career sites, and other channels.
  • Call applicants, conduct phone screens, and communicate job details to candidates.
  • Facilitate meetings between hiring managers and applicants and participate in final selection decisions.
  • Create candidate portfolios and perform reference checks, background checks, and drug test initiation.
  • Prepare offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates.
  • Track applications and support EEO, VETS 4212, and AAP reporting requirements.
  • Support compliance, outreach efforts, and engagement with civic, social, and other groups about job opportunities.
  • Assist with onboarding, inventory control, asset management, marketing materials, website maintenance, employee handbook updates, legal compliance, and other HR duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience is required.
  • High-level communication, analytical, writing, creative, sales, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work to a high standard.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including strategy, root-cause analysis, and solution implementation.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to drive work forward.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with personnel at all levels, including executive leadership, vendors, and subcontractors.
