Description

  • Support Remote’s talent scaling needs, with a focus on Product, Design, and Engineering hiring.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to support team success.
  • Create a world-class hiring process and candidate experience.
  • Continuously improve the time between the first recruiter call and offer stage.
  • Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics to business leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Advocate for Remote’s values throughout the candidate experience.
  • Improve and scale recruiting strategy through proactive, creative changes.
  • Partner with the Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Share best practices and develop subject-matter expertise in the role.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment at a tech start-up or fast-growing scale-up organization.
  • Prior experience recruiting for Product, Design, and/or Engineering roles is preferred.
  • Experience handling high-volume applications while maintaining quality and diverse hiring pipelines.
  • Strong track record in a fast-paced hiring environment with a focus on deliverables.
  • Passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Alignment with Remote’s values and interest in hiring talent that matches those values.
  • Ambitious and intentional approach to diversity and inclusion, including hiring in new locations.
  • Experience using and optimizing a Talent Acquisition stack such as Greenhouse, BrightHire, or GoodTime.
  • Experience adopting new tools and technologies, including AI-powered recruiting tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Ability to submit an application and CV in English; a PDF CV or LinkedIn profile is accepted.
  • Availability to start as soon as possible.
  • Location in EMEA.
  • 6-month fixed-term contract.
