Description

  • Partner with Brokers of Record and Managing Brokers to ensure seamless in-market operations.
  • Provide hands-on support during new market launches and establish best practices for ongoing success.
  • Create, maintain, and implement standardized Market Activation Playbooks to support go-to-market plans and operating standards.
  • Support the growth of established markets by identifying opportunities, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining brand alignment.
  • Lead the development and implementation of systems and processes that improve consistency and scalability across market operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Education, Facilities, and People Operations to support a unified brand experience.
  • Track, analyze, and report on market performance metrics and operational success indicators.
  • Present market performance insights and recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Coordinate with Facilities and internal teams to support new and existing market spaces, logistics, scheduling, and maintenance.
  • Manage and execute road shows, BAU department workshops, and other on-site engagement activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brokerage operations, real estate management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multi-market operations or regional initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across teams and levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support market activations, events, and ongoing operations.
  • Ability to work remotely while living within the United States.
  • U.S. work authorization is required; H-1B visa or other sponsorship is not available.
  • Experience with process improvement and scalable systems is preferred.
  • Experience in cross-functional coordination or field operations is a plus.

Benefits

  • National base salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 USD.
  • Remote-eligible position.
  • Occasional work from a SERHANT. office or attendance at offsites may be available with manager approval.
