Description

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance NetSuite modules to meet evolving business needs.
  • Own day-to-day system tickets, including troubleshooting, defect resolution, and enhancement requests.
  • Support NetSuite upgrades, patches, and feature releases through testing and validation.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls for security and compliance.
  • Customize NetSuite forms, fields, records, dashboards, saved searches, and reports.
  • Resolve data, integration, and system-performance issues.
  • Support and monitor integrations between NetSuite and systems such as HRIS, CRM, and PLM using REST, SOAP, and SuiteTalk APIs.
  • Build workflow automation and efficiency improvements using SuiteFlow, SuiteApps, and scripting.
  • Maintain data integrity across financial, inventory, and operational systems.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures; collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors on escalated issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive systems engineering experience, including hands-on NetSuite ERP administration in a production environment.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript-based SuiteScript development, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
  • Deep understanding of NetSuite Finance, CRM, Manufacturing, and Procurement modules.
  • Experience building and maintaining NetSuite integrations with external systems, such as MuleSoft or Workato.
  • Familiarity with financial processes including AP, AR, reporting, and SOX compliance.
  • Experience supporting ERP systems in regulated medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and customer-service skills.
  • NetSuite certifications, such as NetSuite ERP Consultant or SuiteCloud Developer.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11, system validation, other cloud ERPs, and project management is preferred.
