Description

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Sentec products within key market segments to support revenue growth goals.
  • Deliver onsite and virtual customer training and education in coordination with the local sales team.
  • Develop and communicate the clinical and economic value proposition of the technology to care providers.
  • Participate in product evaluations and installations.
  • Assess customer needs and provide comprehensive education and hands-on training for clinical teams.
  • Train users on product maintenance and troubleshooting across all members of the clinical team.
  • Support optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts.
  • Provide CE and non-CE presentations, including state and potential national society presentations.
  • Support new hire and ongoing sales training and development with the field sales and marketing organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Current RRT or RN license required.
  • Prior experience training or educating healthcare professionals preferred.
  • Prior experience in the medical device industry in a Clinical Specialist role highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred.
  • Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials.
  • Must be vaccinated for COVID-19 and obtain any additional required vaccinations for vendor credentialing.
  • Ability to travel overnight 60%+ and work flexible hours.
  • Home-based location in southern California or Phoenix, Arizona region.
