Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Direct Brand, Gaming, Finance, Agency, AdTech, and Publisher accounts.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and net revenue retention growth across the managed customer base.
  • Accelerate the contract renewal process, mitigate risk, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify account growth opportunities and partner with the Sales team to support expansion.
  • Advise clients on how to use Sensor Tower’s data and insights to improve mobile app strategies and business decisions.
  • Deliver product education, onboarding, and ongoing training to help clients maximize platform value.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders ranging from analysts to C-level executives.
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams to inform product development and innovation.
  • Stay current on mobile app ecosystem trends and bring market insights into client conversations.
  • Represent Sensor Tower at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as a mobile market intelligence expert.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian, both written and verbal.
  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS, mobile gaming, and/or ad-tech companies in a Business Development, Account Management, or Account Executive role.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem.
  • Ability to identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within an existing customer base.
  • Experience creating, managing, and implementing Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Ability to lead C-level customer conversations and strategize use cases for the platform.
  • Ability to present complex data solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working remotely and/or across different time zones is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets and Salesforce, especially the opportunity object.
  • Additional languages such as French, German, Polish, or Ukrainian are a plus.
