Description

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Everyday Dose, its broker, and Target’s buying and marketing teams.
  • Lead line reviews, item setup, and assortment updates for the Target account.
  • Manage in-store promotional planning and execution in coordination with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams.
  • Oversee digital marketing tactics on Target.com and other retailer media channels to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Coordinate digital marketing tactics that drive to store with the internal marketing team, including email, Meta, Google, influencer, and TikTok programs.
  • Develop and execute off-shelf display and secondary placement strategies to drive incremental sales.
  • Build and maintain strong buyer relationships by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with demand planning and operations to support accurate forecasting and on-time delivery.
  • Analyze performance metrics, report on key KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of account management experience in CPG, preferably in food and beverage.
  • Experience managing major national retail accounts, with Target experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of retail promotional planning, eCommerce marketing, and category management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, syndicated data tools such as IRI or NielsenIQ, and retailer portals.
