Description

  • Build and maintain internal GTM services and automations for routing, enrichment, scoring, orchestration, and CRM write-backs.
  • Extend and improve the internal agent stack (Apex) and the workflows that power it.
  • Use AI coding tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong quality and correctness.
  • Build and maintain production-grade integrations using APIs and event-driven patterns such as webhooks.
  • Create and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines so changes ship safely and repeatably.
  • Improve reliability and observability through logging, metrics, and pragmatic debugging.
  • Communicate clearly in writing about what was built, why it works, how to use it, and how to troubleshoot it.
  • Build with a security-first mindset, including least privilege, safe secrets handling, auditability, and defensive defaults.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to turn GTM needs into reliable, measurable capabilities.
  • Own solutions end to end from problem definition through shipping and ongoing operation.

Requirements

  • Strong practical coding ability with clear evidence on GitHub through projects or meaningful contributions.
  • Comfort working with agentic coding workflows and modern coding assistants such as Codex, Claude Code, and Gemini.
  • Experience building software that integrates with other systems, including APIs, authentication, webhooks, and data handling.
  • Experience with CI/CD, including automated tests, build pipelines, and deployment workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud-deployed services, including debugging, logs/metrics, and reliability basics.
  • Clear written communication and good judgement.
  • Security-first mindset and curiosity to learn the cybersecurity industry.
  • Python or another backend language used in production is preferred.
  • Infrastructure or deployment tooling exposure is preferred, even at a basic level.
  • Experience building internal tools for commercial teams is preferred.
  • Exposure to security fundamentals such as IAM concepts, threat modelling, and secure defaults is preferred.
  • Must have meaningful working-hours overlap with UK time, typically 4+ hours on most weekdays.
  • Remote-first working arrangement; applications are welcomed globally, including from South Africa.
