Description

  • Collaborate with GTM leaders to develop and implement a consistent sales operating framework across business lines.
  • Standardize the core sales process, methodology, language, and operating rhythms for the sales organization.
  • Design and lead sales excellence programs, including onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and best-practice initiatives.
  • Partner with People and Culture to design and deliver sales training programs.
  • Collaborate on sales incentive and compensation program design and implementation.
  • Develop CRM standards and data governance practices to improve data quality, adoption, and system usage.
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and commercial metrics.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve forecasting discipline and pipeline management.
  • Support annual planning activities, including territory design, segmentation, quota alignment, and capacity planning.
  • Define pipeline development frameworks, including lead qualification, handoff, and generation practices, and improve sales workflows through process automation and system optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial operations in a SaaS, ag-tech, or related technology environment.
  • Direct experience in agriculture, ag-tech, or adjacent industries with an understanding of grower, agronomic, or seasonal sales cycles.
  • Experience working with senior or executive leadership to influence GTM strategy and drive organizational change.
  • Experience supporting multi-product SaaS sales organizations and partnering with sales leadership on operational improvements.
  • Experience designing sales processes, sales enablement programs, and performance frameworks for growing sales organizations.
  • Experience managing CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance reporting in a growing organization.
  • Experience working in high-growth or scaling organizations with evolving processes and systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM systems, and revenue performance metrics, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with sales reporting, forecasting processes, and KPI analysis.
  • Experience developing sales methodologies, training programs, and sales playbooks.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into scalable operational processes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
