Description

  • Partner with stakeholders on Salesforce strategy, roadmap development, request prioritization, and cross-team alignment.
  • Serve as the operational owner of Salesforce for the GTM organization and act as the primary liaison with Business Technology.
  • Manage Salesforce backlog items, releases, system change processes, documentation, testing, QA validation, and deployment coordination.
  • Own the end-to-end GTM lifecycle architecture in Salesforce, including pipeline, renewals, customer lifecycle, and expansion workflows.
  • Maintain data governance standards for Salesforce, including data quality, security, access controls, and system scalability.
  • Partner with internal operations, data, and Finance teams to align Salesforce structures with reporting logic and broader GTM systems architecture.
  • Lead process mapping and operational improvement initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce requirements and coordinate implementation with technical teams.
  • Support troubleshooting, user support, and operational issue resolution related to CRM workflows.
  • Manage and develop a team of three specialists, including coaching, workload prioritization, and standards for documentation and QA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS or technology organization.
  • 2+ years of experience managing operational or systems-focused team members.
  • Demonstrated experience owning CRM-driven GTM lifecycle and revenue operations processes, ideally in K-12 or another education-focused vertical.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, and process automation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple operational initiatives and cross-functional requests simultaneously.
  • Experience translating business needs into technical system requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical teams, GTM leaders, and Finance partners.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and operational reliability.
  • Experience operating in both U.S. and international markets strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting both Sales and Customer Success operational workflows preferred.
  • Experience managing CRM data governance and reporting standards within a growing SaaS organization preferred.
  • Background supporting SaaS GTM organizations with complex sales motions such as multi-product, multi-region, or partner sales models preferred.
