Description

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with account executives to understand customer needs and align Seeq’s capabilities to their goals.
  • Provide technical guidance during discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Consulting team to improve demo assets, reusable content, and best practices.
  • Provide customer feedback to product management and engineering to influence product evolution.
  • Stay current on industry trends, customer use cases, and competitors to position Seeq effectively.
  • Document solutions, success stories, and lessons learned for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Support development of industry-specific value propositions and solution accelerators.
  • Represent Seeq at events, webinars, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally in SaaS or industrial software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, or data science.
  • Experience selling B2B software into process industries or working in process manufacturing sectors such as O&G, chemicals, pharma, power, semiconductor, or mining.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and/or industrial operations and process data.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to executives, directors, engineers, and operators.
  • Experience conducting software demos and technical consultations with prospective customers.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment as a self-starter.
  • Willingness to travel 10% to 25% for customer meetings, partner meetings, team events, or conferences.
  • Multilingual capability is a strong plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of residence; no US F-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship provided.
